How to get a marriage license in Arkansas

Arkansas has no waiting period for adults and the license is valid for 60 days statewide. The flat fee is $60 payable by cash or card at any County Clerk's office. The signed license must be returned to the issuing County Clerk within 60 days or a $100 penalty applies. Two witnesses are required at the ceremony. Arkansas does not recognize common-law marriages formed within the state.
