Nebraska marriage license guide

How to get a marriage license in Nebraska

Nebraska is one of only a handful of states where the age of majority (and therefore minimum marriage age without parental consent) is 19, not 18. The $25 license has no waiting period and is valid for one full year statewide. Two witnesses are required. Nebraska abolished common-law marriage in 1923.
