Oregon marriage license guide
How to get a marriage license in Oregon
Oregon imposes a three-day waiting period (waivable for an additional $25 fee in most counties). After the waiting period the license is valid for 60 days statewide. Fees are $50-$65 by county. Two witnesses are required at the ceremony. Oregon does not recognize common-law marriage formed in-state.
